You are able to follow a Lead through the sales cycle from the original Sales Quote that was submitted, through to when an Order has been confirmed, customer Invoiced and ultimately Payment received.
Integration with Microsoft Outlook allows you to synchronise contacts, To-Do's and calendar appointments.
